About Air Traffic: Greenlight
Air Traffic: Greenlight is an air-traffic-control-themed game that challenges your spatial ability.
The goal is to organize and expedite the flow of air traffic and prevent collisions in areas with limited radar coverage.
You can't see the aircraft beyond the radar range on the screen, but you can direct it. Choose to maintain radar identification for safety or use your mental picture of the traffic for efficiency.
Along with the rise in reputation, additional radars will be unlocked. Depldeveloping your radar network, improving radar coverage to make flying safer.
An aircraft always land and takeoffs into the wind unless it's safe.
Wind direction and wind speed constantly change, limiting the runways that can be used to take off and land. So keep an eye on the forecast.
All maps are built based on real-world elevation data.
Directing an aircraft to descend too early could lead to a tragedy.
Appreciate the nature of the terrain over which an aircraft is flying, especially in the mountain area.

If you're trying to decide between this and Approach Control Remastered, get this one, it's half the price and a legitimately better game overall. Air Traffic: Greenlight has a learning curve, but once you get used to it, you'll play for hours without even realizing it! The 2.7 hours I have on record as of this review is ONE session. This isn't a game you pick up and put down 15 minutes later like Airport Madness, or Terraria. Once you start, you won't want to stop for probably at least an hour or two! Although it won't show on Steam because I got the games before I ever got my Steam account, I have hundreds of hours playing Airport Madness as a child, and this slots in perfectly! Also check out the Radar Chaos games by Big Fat Simulations! Yes, I have a powerful PC, but this game seems like it'll run on an overclocked toaster.1 found this helpful
Excellent ATC game. You don't need to remember heaps of codes to use it, it's just point and click and great way to while away a few hours. No voice needed, just mouse clicks. It's moddable, which makes it great, and you can add your own fixes. Shame you can't remove them. Definitely recommend. Please. Release a way for us to make our own Sector Maps.1 found this helpful
What a nice little [strike]nightmare[/strike] gem! I wish there was an option to scale down the display of fonts (within the UI), because on a 4K monitor they become practically unreadable when **** hits the fan.
Be aware - it is terribly addictive. Remember me when landing the "last few" planes at 3 AM, promising yourself to finally go to sleep after that. I had to uninstall to restore my sleep habits back to normal.
I have played a lot of ATC sims and this one is one of the best to control the flow of traffic to make the experience enjoyable. You can set up the waypoints and procedures to help manage the arrivals and departures. The idea of having 'dead' zones without radar is unique and makes this game a lot of fun.
Great game. Can be as hard or as easy as you want. Lets you design complex routes if you feel like it, or you can vector everyone however you want. Immersive and addicting.
