All Systems Operational is a fun throwback to classic Space Invaders–style shooters. It keeps things fresh with a good mix of enemy types and plenty of ways to customize your ship, which gives the game a nice sense of progression once you get rolling. The early game is definitely rough. The difficulty spikes hard until you’ve earned enough credits to start upgrading, and it can feel like a grind to get to that point. Some levels even feel flat-out impossible at first. That said, it’s surprisingly addictive. Once your ship starts to take shape, the game really opens up, and beating those early “no way I’m winning this” stages becomes genuinely rewarding. A solid pick if you’re in the mood for simple, old-school action with a modern layer of progression.2 found this helpful

fun shooter with RPG. lots of updates, graphics revamp. pretty fun !
Cost effective, good time killer, art work is good. Reminds me of some Nintendo games which are still my favorite games over all. I do like how I can change my ship and have different load out depends on which map I am on. Learning what to upgrade is good because the game provides a preview on the skill, so you get to choose what looks effective. If it what you are buying to upgrade isn't good you can sell it so its not a complete lost.
I like that this shmup focuses on upgrades, campaign, and story instead of the traditional style. The genre has been stale for so long and this is a breath of fresh air
Amazing soundtrack, fun gameplay, the mechanics are straight forward but quite challenging. Interesting upgrades for the different weapons and ships.
