"Alteil: Horizons" is an abandoned P2W mobile app tier CCG/deckbuilder infested with a mobile app style cash shop. There was also a HUGE amount of P2W DLC... real nasty monetization. The game is apparently completely closed and this client for it is just polluting Steam.
