A friend of yours hired these girls to serve you.
The time is divided into 4 diferent periods.
Maids will take different actions based on the period.
When you walk in the mansion, you'll see them doing different works at different places.
You could enjoy the day, chatting with the maids , asking them to cook for you.
Or you wish to do something dirty like peeking or make sexual request.
Your action may trigger erotic event sometimes, like you seak into a maid's bedroom at night.
You could make them your lovers and make yourself a harem.

The game is slow, boring and too little that happens on a too large map. The lewds is also amateurish. The game seems like its unfinished. Go play Tritratle instead.4 found this helpful

if anyone has played TRATRITLE, you would know how this game plays. but as this game came out earlier, it is much more unpolished, compare to TRATRITLE. as the sole survivor of a epidemic, you are given 3 maids by a friend to help you take care of the house and to care for your needs. as you increase their affections with you, you can do more and more adult stuffs with them. honestly, there isn't anything good about this game, other than the fact that it is a casual slow life game. it's a big mansion but there are barely any interactions. there is the bathroom where you can call 1 of the maids to bathe you. you get a cg of her in a towel scrubbing your back.in the dining room, you have the option to choose what to eat and have a conversation with the maids. during the night, you can enter a maid's room if her affections is at 1 heart. you can call a maid to your room if she has 2 hearts. you can do her at her workplace if she has 3 hearts. nothing to comment about the music as it is the generic rpg maker music. the english translations is machine translated so it's very bad, as you can see from the trailer. i would suggest go play TRATRITLE instead of this one.
