"ArchiTac" feels a bit like a student project or something. This cutesy survival/builder/crafting game has you control a little robot and do basic harvesting/building stuff, you know the deal, Minecraft but not nearly as good. What do you do in the game? Apart from the usual survival/crafting/building gameplay, you'll marvel at how completely unpolished and unoptimised the game is, and how shallow and barebones it is compared to more professionally made games. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. On the matter of pricing and value for gamers, most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's often nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. why cant i turn the sound down ? why would this not have the most basic of options

i really wish it'd run easier on my computer I can barely get 15 fps while in the tutorial because my CPU utilization is maxed with the game taking up 77% of resources. I'd love to try the game, but it takes too much CPU to run. please give me the option to turn post processing down and to also decrease rendering range. Other than that, it looks great

This is a casual game where Tac (the astronaut cat you play as) crashed on a planet and you have to build your way to some floating islands to collect the pieces of your broken ship. This game is free and you can beat it in about 2 hours or less. Even though the game is very short I still liked it, but I found a bug that I think occurs when you build a fish trap, so after you collect some fish from it I recommend you remove the trap so that your game won't crash. I also recommend saving your game file very often as not to lose some progress to potential bugs. Overall, if you want to play a short adventure and building game I then recommend this game to you.
