The Arctic has always been a mysterious place. Running a motel in the Arctic is also a rare experience. Everyone knows that the winter in the Arctic is very cold, but the Arctic still has its own unique four seasons. We simulate the weather and temperature of the four seasons in the Arctic, as well as their corresponding gameplay, such as: controlling room humidity in summer and managing room temperature in winter, RVs that can be rented in spring, summer and autumn, and Arctic igloos in winter.

There are many wild animals in the Arctic, so legal hunting is allowed in many places. In the game, players can hunt legally in the winter hunting season. One of the worst control schemes I've ever seen in a simulator. The game barely explains anything, and even the simplest tasks turn into a fight with the keyboard. Painting rooms feels like a joke. To switch between painting the floor, walls, and ceiling, you have to cycle through different key pairs - G/J for one surface, Q/E for another, and yet another set of keys for the third. Accidentally painted a wall? Good luck figuring out how to remove the paint. It gets even better with furniture: if you want to move something after placing it, you have to enter a separate mode.4 found this helpful
Overall a decent, low-budget simulator with satisfying progressive mechanics. It's slow, but progress is meaningful and unlocks feel like milestones. Good game design. It is understandably janky on the graphics, this game was made on a budget, and the controls are likewise janky in places. But, I didn't run into anything I'd characterize as unplayable. Particularly funny how they decide to sanitize / dress up what is...very clearly a prostitute. You hire a "special agent" from the parking lot who provides a gendered "special service" to guests and gives you a cut of the profits for the "special service". Sure. ;)
It's a fun little game. There are a few things at the end game that get old, such have not having an employee that can empty all the vending machines. The achievements are little grindy. I enjoyed it. I burned two weekends on it. It's chill.
EVERYTHING IS SO GOOD
This game is a really chill and just vibing out simulator! I enjoyed my time heavily with this game, this is just one of those kind of like autopilot simulators where you just chill in VC with friends or listen to music and just vibe while you just mindlessly do tasks chilling out. There's a good amount of playtime and good amount of content for the price, although it can definitely be grindy towards the ends for achievements if you're like me, but absolutely great game regardless!
So far so good. It has a lot of challenges and actually takes time to complete. Definitely a game that has hours of entertainment.
