About Holiday Motel Simulator
In Holiday Motel Simulator, you start with peeling paint, broken sinks, and plenty of guest complaints — and turn it all into a cozy, five-star experience.
Clean, renovate, and redesign every corner of your motel, from water-damaged rooms to rusty pipes and worn-out furniture. Use your creativity and a wide range of decorations to give each room a unique vibe — go rustic, retro, or modern minimalist. It’s up to you to create spaces that guests won’t want to leave.
Once the paint’s dry, it’s time to manage the business. Set prices, take care of bookings, respond to guest feedback, and keep everything running smoothly. Every decision counts — happy customers mean better reviews, and better reviews mean more bookings.
From fixing leaky faucets to decorating dream suites, every detail matters. Will your motel become the next hidden gem on the map? The keys are in your hands.

its a fun little game. there is some bugs within the game that keep poping up but nothing really that hurts the game itself. its pretty straight forward and easy to play and understand. its one of my favorite hotel fix up type games so far. this comment is coming from a player that has played house flipper 1 and 2 and has completed both of them so me saying this comment about this hotel game is a big statment.2 found this helpful
34 minutes into the game and I can't progress because it won't let me paint the final ceiling spot in the storage room under the stairs. Edit: the issue seems to have fixed itself or the dev fixed it by the next day I played.1 found this helpful
This game is great for those who love a busy game with much to do.1 found this helpful
Literally do anything but run the motel. Clean up the lobby > Renovate the lobby > Clean up the storage > Renovate the storage > Clean up some sh*t shack > Renovate the sh*t shack > Clean up the sh*tter > Renovate the sh*tter > Run a fu*king restaurant for a day > Run a bar for a day... Okay but surely now I get to run the mo- CLEAN UP THE SHOP > RENOVATE THE SHOP > RUN THE FU*KING SHOP! Supposedly that's also after they patched the game in a way where we get to the actual point of it quicker, which is fu*king scary if anything. At that point I've spent my 1h of life here with no actual point of the game being even visible on the horizon and my patience has ran out. I'll also add that something so simple as cleaning mechanic, something that in most of these games is meant to be satisfying, feels very artificial here, cleaning windows or power washing for example - spray this one side here on this massive wall, and the whole chunk cleans itself out of respect. The game starts up at smooth 120 fps at the start, but within minutes it dips to 60, and within the hour that I played it went down even more, down to 30's. A lot of AI art too.
Great game. Just started. I'm looking forward to new adventures with updates.
Tried the game but refunded it because its buggy and the mechanics are so weird. Why can i not buy anything in bulk? You have to buy everything 1 at a time, which makes no sense. Why would i wanna buy only 1 beer for my shop? And also, there are way to many tools and takes too long to grab whatever it is you need from the tool wheel. You need to let us have an inventory or something instead. Having to pull up the scanner everytime someone wants to buy something is crazy. Everything feels very cluttery and the tutorial is waaay to long. This game should have been worked on more before it got out on early access. Could be a good game but it needs alot of work and i wouldnt mind trying it again in the future if it gets updated
