Short little game for one or two sessions. Visually it's very pretty, music is nice, the gameplay is kinda mediocre but not bad either. This game could have benefit a lot from more in depth score system but as it is it's kinda boring after one playthrough.

Very cute indie game, reminds me of my nostalgic gameboy advance games. Loved the music and the vibes at general, Some gameplay is missing- (Why would you collect the coins?) (maybe get powerups based on that or something similiar) Tried it for 30 minutes, I hate this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kraken I tried shooting him so many times and failed. GG

A really nice and cute game. Simple, short and free, so don't waste your time reading this just play it, it's like 15-20 min. The only two points of critique would be that the game randomizes the ship design every time instead of saving your selection and I think the controls are a bit sluggish. Although I assume that's intended as to mimic real ship physics, I do think that more responsive controls would feel nicer and make it an overall enjoyable experience.

Atollo is such a charming little sea adventure that I immediately liked its colorful personality. I set out across a constantly changing archipelago, visiting strange islands, meeting bizarre characters and fighting enemy ships while searching for magical eggs. I loved how compact the whole idea feels because it manages to create the feeling of a larger adventure without becoming complicated. The naval combat is one of my favorite parts. Battles are fast and straightforward, but I still have to think about positioning and timing when dealing with rival ships. I enjoyed the feeling of sailing through an open area and suddenly getting pulled into a fight, especially because every run can place things differently. It makes exploration feel a little unpredictable without becoming frustrating. The island encounters give the game even more personality. I can meet a whole collection of strange inhabitants, some of whom look completely unlike anything I would expect to find in a pirate adventure. fun little pico 8 game it s not perfect but what is for what it is it is good but to be honest i dont think i even finished it i guess it was a bit too tough for lil ol' me
