The word itself is not an insult, but it is considered rude.** Babka-Terror is a media term referring to a period when, following one high-profile case, elderly people began challenging the sales of their own apartments, claiming that the transactions had been carried out under the influence of fraudsters.You are a real estate agent. In this new world, an elderly person can sell their apartment only after a special inspection, and it just so happens that you are the one responsible for carrying it out.Your task is to tell the difference between a normal elderly seller and a cunning con artist. Stage 2: Inspecting the apartment

• Each apartment contains items that add to the bigger picture.
• Objects can confirm or contradict the seller’s words, and can also provide new leads for the investigation.

Stage 3: Checking leads

• You will investigate different leads. As a result, you will either obtain new information or verify facts you have already learned.
• You cannot check everything. Your time is limited.

Stage 4: Final conclusionThe results of your work will be included in the final report. And you will have to make a decision: work with the elderly seller, or not.FEATURES:
