it's a good game for modders since they can make great backrooms maps & levels off such a good base. however, the base story/levels are kind of mid in my opinion, and the difficulty is very inconsistent. it's still a great game.1 found this helpful
there was definably effort put into making this game, and it has a cool concept but its execution is annoying and complicated. i would love to play this game more if updated to have a more smooth feel.1 found this helpful
It's a buggy mess right now. I had fun with 4 friends, but the immersion was often ruined by bugs (A list following) and bad design, like annoying monster behavior. Is kinda spooky tho. - Ingame Voice just did not work right: People sounding like robots, being too loud. - Enemys not reacting to the flashlight. - Falling through the map if everyone is dead. - I had a crash (But may be Linux related) - The camera-filter just goes away after some time. - The saving of the recorded footage does not work or is somewhat wreid (Just use OBS) - I died because I fell from too high into.... water? - When viewing my friends as a dead crewmate, they swam kinda sideways (Kinda funny tbh.) - On the supermarket level there is a spot where you can jump on the barrier (Being made of shelfs) and jump out of bounds. There even IS a arrow pointing that way. BUT you can't jump out anymore.. Friends can push each other up, but one must stay back and sacrifice themselfs.
This game is very nice and unpolished and lacks a lot of levels but of all the backroom slop games rn this one is good, better with friends but pls let me toggle the option of the effect on the mic it sounds so ass, but honestly great game :)
