Bat Boy

Copies Shovel Knight's notes to a T without innovating much. If you haven't played Shovel Knight, play that instead. If you have, then wait for a deep discount. Not an awful game, just isn't doing anything interesting.

Amazing 2D platformer, one of the best I've played this year. The 8 Bit graphics taking advantage of the modern animations gves this game a grat charm with very memorable characters and dialog The good: -Gameplay -Story -Mechanics (abilities) The bad: -Characte feels rigid -Very small attack reach for a bat The Ugly: -Finished the game and had no idea why I collected the golden fruit -The grind one has to do to buy the golden fruits -You MUST finish the stage to keep the money and you have to fight back the alraeady defeated boss. This is an awesome experience and the character background left me wanting to know more about this superhero team. Hope we het a sequel where we can get more of this characters.

Excellent little game if you enjoy Shovel Knight, Megaman, etc. Good price, well balanced difficulty, solid responsive controls and juuust enough of a unique feel vs similar games. Very much worth playing.
