Players largely agree this is an unfinished, low-effort game that feels like a student project or asset flip with minimal content and poor polish. While the soundtrack receives some praise, the game suffers from missing settings menus, texture display bugs, performance issues, and a lack of engaging gameplay—achievements are trivially easy to unlock, and core mechanics like combat feel unresponsive and incomplete. Most recommend avoiding it entirely and playing established alternatives like Command and Conquer instead.
1/10 backbone of a game, but no real content easy 100% achievements and thats it start the game get 1, start a level and get the other 50%2 found this helpful
The game demonstrated significant potential but ultimately fell short. It gives off an impression of being incomplete, suggesting a lack of proper planning or a rushed release without sufficient development. While the soundtrack is a standout feature, the absence of a menu function to adjust volume and settings is notable. Additionally, there's a problem with the texture pack not displaying correctly, significantly impacting the game's enjoyability, with no indication of a fix. Furthermore, the game lacks optimization; although it claims compatibility with basic machines, performance issues may arise, resulting in a laggy experience. Basic quality-of-life upgrades could enhance the overall gameplay, and time will tell if such improvements are in the pipeline. Despite these drawbacks, the current price point is reasonable.

Battle of Worldviews is a "military" sci-fi RTS where you've colonised Venus or something, and you must build a base and fight the bad guys and kill their base. Gameplay seems to be largely ripped off from Command and Conquer, only it's much much worse. This mess is so unpolished it feels like a students term project, and the student failed the class. It's a clunky asset flip riddled Unity mess. Thanks Unity, for letting people who can't make video games and should never try to make it this far so I have to play the damn thing and review it. This is hot garbage and should be avoided at all costs. Just play Command and Conquer again if you want a good base building military RTS. Whatever you're looking for here, you will only find sorrow and disappointment.
Nothing worth coming back to, now that I got my achievements, but had a little fun along the way.
The lack of basic animations is kinda funny, punching trees and rocks to gather materials reminded me of Minecraft. But yeah, that's all. This game is bad, not worth buying no matter the price.
