It started as a noir and fun game, turned out the lore is deeper than thought. It will stay with you for days. It is not for children. I haven't regretted buying the whole complete collection.3 found this helpful
I have finished Bear With Me: The Lost Robots and the Episode One already. And I'd like to say the puzzles in these games are literally pieces of sh*t. You will be stuck if you overlooked some inconspicuous items that could be used to solve the puzzles. Imaging that a code of safe is under a statue in the other room, before you need a code to unlock the safe, you can't find hints that the safe's code have anything to do with the statue. it's a lame trick and in the games all the time. But I really like the sarcastic tone of characters, it's hilarious when you see those people make fun with each other or something. Also I was appealed by the story, even though I haven't played the last two of episode yet. It should be intriguing and worth to play. But the damn puzzles did take away some fun of the games. P.S. After I finished episode two and episode three, I changed my mind. It's a great game with a sad story. I knew that Mr.bear thing will happen eventually, but still, I felt sorrowful when the truth was revealed in the end.2 found this helpful
superslow, interesting story. 6,5/10 . havent plated the lost robots yet.

Released in mid-2019, this point-and-click adventure expands on the dark, atmospheric world of Paper City, offering players a glimpse into the earlier days of the hard-boiled detective Ted E. Bear and his human partner Flint Ashworth. The game effectively combines noir storytelling with hand-drawn visuals and a mixture of mystery and dark humor, creating an experience that both fans of the original series and newcomers can appreciate. Set in a moody, noir-inspired city where anthropomorphic characters and humans coexist, The Lost Robots weaves its narrative around a mysterious disappearance that brings Flint and Ted into a deeper conspiracy involving enigmatic robots. The storytelling is delivered through rich dialogues, environmental clues, and character interactions, successfully capturing the gritty yet whimsical tone that defines the series. While the plot delivers a solid foundation for the characters’ backstories and sets the stage for future events, some moments skim over character development, l…
