About Bearskull
Can you manage, Sorkin, to finally destroy the evil pumpkin wizard and defeat all his undead followers? So far, no living being has succeeded, but are you perhaps something special? A unique hero with extraordinary abilities?
But to get to Sorkin in the first place, you have to go through the Land of the Dead. The dead, who have already stopped numerous ones before you from reaching Sorkin. Fight your way through the different levels and get closer to Sorkin over and over again. Roam through the Overworld and try to leave all the undead behind.
But it's not that easy because the undead also learn and become stronger. To keep up with them, you have to collect their souls and then use them in the shop to upgrade your equipment, such as your sword or backpack, and always maintain the upper hand in the fight against Sorkin and his followers.DLC & expansions

A very simple game where your character only attacks automatically and drinks potions from time to time. There isn't much to do, but I didn't notice any bugs. It was nice to try Bearskull, but it didn't really grab me. (DE: Ein sehr simples Spiel, bei dem man mit seinem Charakter nur automatisch angreift und ab und zu Tränke trinkt. "Bearskull" is a somewhat mediocre top down ARPG with a weird "bear" cutesy theme going on... seriously the theme doesn't work. Anyway what you do in this game is just wander around a lowish poly dungeon set and beat up low poly blobs with health bars over their heads. Take away all the green on their health bars and keep yours green! What amazing innovation in game development. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. Overall I think this was intended to be a console game or something, but it's understandable it never hit Playstation or X-box... Microsoft and Sony have QA departments. This is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a $5 USD "donation" for this as you're expected to buy some extra DLC from Steam... digital panhandling. Very Fun Little Game. Waiting To see What Happens Next :)
Concept is nice and not anything new. The mechanics are janky and the game needs alot of polishing (tho I doubt it's gonna happen because the second game was announced)
FUN. Wish there was an option to turn off screen shake.
