I honestly didn't notice any difference between the two versions, other than I think the Steam version ran smoother. So if you own the Quest version, there really isn't any reason to buy the Steam version at all currently. However, the game, even if it's not the best PCVR port possible, is fine. It does what it says on the tin. It's an arcade simulation though, it's not going for realism. It's meant to be a cozy sim-lite. It works in that regard. You can change hair styles (you don't cut hair), change hair color (you paint can spray it in), you use the blush brush to add color to the face of the NPC model, you add eye shadow color, lipstick, etc. You can then file nails, clean feet, and add nail polish. Finally, you can dress up and pose your model for the cameras. Unfortunately, there is no real campaign. There are only unlocks for products that you can use (such as a new hair-style or a new lip gloss) by doing the requested services each NPC that arrives has. There are no real upgrades to your beauty…

For what it is... it is well designed. Only REAL complaint was the voice acting, as everything had a LA vibe accent, which gets a little grating.. but cool. The game ain't for me, and it was purchased just to have fun in VR.. and it did that. $5 well spent. If I was a little girl, this game would be the bomb-diggity. Do kids still say bomb-diggity?
