I feel like this game is just a demo. I've played for 5 hours. I killed all of the spires. I have all of the tech tree unlocked. There's literally nothing else to do but wait for more waves I guess? Where's the rest of the game? There's nothing to add a challenge or drive to continue to build more except more waves. I feel like at this point the map is complete, but all maps are roughly the same. meh? Bugs: Keybinds don't work for troops, or at least it was hit and miss. I could press select all troops and it looked like it would, but I couldn't then assign any commands. Same if I assigned a group to a keybind. AI is stupid for ranged. It will attack a ranged target until it dies, then runs into melee instead of finding another target. I wasn't able to make a fishing hut work.

Been playing and following this game for a while now (before you could play with a controller and before there was custom map\resource options). i enjoy the skill tree system, the resource\map node system, and the addition of siege weapons. This may be too simple for a heavy RTS gamer, but its a relaxing castle defense game that can ramp up if you want it to. I have 40+ hours invested and i still come back to it. Plus its an Indie company and I prefer to support them instead of AAA half-assed games full of failed promises, paywalls, mediocre assets, and pay to win bs. I would like to see more Armory content and higher tier soldiers to both Train and fight against. I would like to see larger scale maps and more diversity in building options\upgrades. Maybe even different factions\eras. They have updated this game a lot since i first purchased it and continue to add free content as time goes on. I do not regret my purchase by any means and I look forward to more content.
