I forced myself to finish it. The game is repetitive, and almost all abilities rely on dashing. Basically, the game lacks variety and becomes boring because most mechanics feel the same. I cannot recommend this game. The main reason I bought it because I was hoping for a megaman clone.5 found this helpful
An action Metroidvania game with fast paced action and anime Mega Man vibes. Not bad. Genre fans can pay the full price without worries. Everyone else better waits for a sale.
It's fun, but not great. It feels more like there's the potential of something really special here but things get a little too repetitive without a lot of enemy or hazard variety, and always having unlimited access to all of your powers makes the fights get pretty trivial once you figure out what works. But it's enjoyable if you can get it at a discount and enjoy some run and dash gameplay.
This is a bundle filler title which you can get for cheap. The negative reviews are accurate.
I bought this as part of the Metroidvania Humble Bundle. While it plays nothing like a metroidvania, the Megaman/Pizza Power/Gunvolt-esque gameplay had me hooked at the start. Although I'd wait for a sale, since the game is really short, and 20 dollars is quite steep.
