I absolutely love this game. Antara is one of the first RPG styled games I played 20+ years ago. I was heart broken when my old comp at that time upgraded and would no longer run the disc. I looked for an upgrade version for ears and my brother stumbled on this one on Steam. As soon as he told me about it I downloaded Steam specifically for Antara. Since then I have added many games to my library but this ne is the reason I got started with Steam.2 found this helpful
Betrayal in Kondor is the better of the 2. They both suffer the same issue of having the kind of accuracy only an XCOM fan could love. You miss. A lot. Aaaaaallll the time. Letting the computer control characters is often a bad idea because they're essentially a bunch of rocks rolled into a flesh suit. But, man these are two games I played when I was younger and I enjoyed them despite all the flaws. I don't have the same kind of patience now, unfortunately. If you've never played either of these games this is an excellent collection to add to your library. Voice acting better than stuff you see today, and one heck of a story(for both).

This is one of the best games ever cos it's so immersive: the plot is thick, the soundtrack is epic, you have so many locations to explore and the game is pretty challenging, especially in chapter 5 if you're ill prepared. There are many secrets ways to enhance your party, and the management of your party is cool.
i live again, great returning to forgotten classics
Nostalgic. it's still as I remember it and it play out of the box without any need for tinkering. I try the one on GOG years ago but got frustrated without even able to play it. The graphic is worse than I remember.. I probably need CRT monitor to fully apreciate the graphic lol. Haven't sink much time into it yet but I'll probably get to it one of these days for reference I'm playing using windows 11 laptop AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS, RTX4060, 32GB DDR5.
