About Black Mountain Kings

You find yourself in an unfamiliar place. Apparently you are a monster hunter. You don't have anything. The world feels strange.
What do you do next?
Black Mountain Kings is a non-linear action RPG focused on combat.

- Open World - You're free to explore all major areas of the game from the very beginning.
- Fast-Paced and Varied Combat - Do you want to cast powerful spells? Destroy your enemies with your own fists? Maybe you just want to heal your allies while they fight for you? Every play style is viable.
- Customizable Class - Your starting class is just a starting point. You can learn dozens of new skills that complement your preferred play style.
- Unrestricted Equipment - There are no class, level, nor stats restrictions. If you find a new piece of equipment, you'll be able to use it.
- Several Party Members - The world of Black Moutain Kings is dangerous. But it is a lot less dangerous if you have some allies.
- Secrets - There are secrets everywhere.

First off, you can’t go wrong with the vampiric class ;) . I experimented with a few of the classes and found the survivability of vampiric to be the best. This game does not hold your hand and can be a bit tough at the beginning until you reach Bofin and get some better equipment. This is especially the case since enemies continuously respawn. However once you recruit the 2 companions, it’s much more manageable. The infinite respawn isn’t all bad though since this is how you get lots of xp, consumables, and values to sell. Talk to everyone and explore every dungeon. This is the method by which you can find better items, quests, and recruit companions. The combat is reminiscent of Secrets of Grindea a bit. And the upfront difficulty akin to Elex. This game has just enough content at the start of it’s Early Access to be worth a buy. Looking forward to seeing more content added to the game!3 found this helpful
