Blue Toad Murder Files™: The Mysteries of Little Riddle is a one to four player co-operative episodic download game published by Relentless Software.
Set in the sleepy village of Little Riddle, the main aim of the game is to follow clues to find the murderer. Along the way you'll also encounter a variety of different and challenging puzzles which help you move through the peaceful world of Little Riddle.
As one of the detectives you move around the village by selecting locations on the map. Visit the doctor at his surgery and hear his flimsy alibi. Meet with the Station Master and learn his motive. Exploring the village and meeting the villages is key to unraveling The Mysteries of Little Riddle. The villagers have information and puzzles to solve that you must complete to reveal the truth!
With each step of the investigation a puzzle is played and further clues about the case are revealed. Pay attention to what transpires – you will regularly be questioned on your knowledge of the case, and only observant detectives will learn the truth behind the events of their day.
Whodunnit? At the end of every episode you will be asked to choose your suspect before the true culprit is revealed and exposed in all their criminal capacities!

I played this game as a child and found it interesting and unique and I knew I would have to revisit the game again when I was older. Now, being older, I was correct about this game being original and fascinating. It's just such a masterpiece at what it does. The plot is exceptional, the first half of the game is amazing and the second half is good. And it's still an amazing game. Blue toad murder files definitely stands tall in the scarcity of detective games because of its uniqueness. In the least cliché way the puzzles are actually challenging and refreshing. I genuinely looked for the riddles on the internet and found nothing maybe I didn't look long enough but that just shows how this game is not derivative. The dialogue at times can be jarring but this game obviously doesn't take itself seriously and honestly I'm not even mad at that. The animation is so wacky but sweet and the people of the town are so goofy and ignorant it just makes for a fresh breath of air from the slop of hyper-realistic games with subpar gameplay that I see nowadays. This game is the perfect example of nostalgia. I sincerely think had I not played this game as a child I would still find the game no…1 found this helpful

MY DAUGHTER AND i LOVE PLAYING THIS GAME. THE GRAPHICS ARE SO GREAT AND THE PUZZLES ARE EVEN GREATER.
