About Boink
Boink is a game about building a money machine using falling Money and Bouncers. Money is shot out of cannons at the top, it’s up to you to increase the value until it hits the bottom. The way to do that is simple:
PURCHASE BOUNCERS AND PLACE THEM ON THE MAP
UPGRADE BOUNCERS AND THE CANNON TO BOOST VALUE
REBIRTH TO GAIN UNIQUE UPGRADES
WATCH YOUR MONEY GROW
See how much money you can get!

Fun little idle game, going to the second monitor full of idle games from now on
as of right now cant realy recommend it is missing a lot of features and it seems since almost an entire year the game is dead dont get me wrong it is fun for what it is just uncomplete and abandoned features that kinda need to happen to make this game playable -blueprint function/alighn function to build more easy as of right now its verry tedius to build over and over again and to move every time stuff around -upgrade all button none existing to upgrade takes a lot of time aswell -prestige is limited to a max amount each time you prestige while getting to the point again where you prestige is verry tedius and painfull even tho you are somewhat getting faster there is just no quality of life stuff changing when prestige just increasing numbers making this verry grindy for no reason
Just the most unpolished, roughest game I can remember playing on steam.
Good game
Its okay... The game starts excruciatingly slow.. That said. With 42 hours of runtime. Less than two days of playing this idler. I don't know if i could recommend it. With my first ever rebirth I was able to earn 35 of the *prestige* points. Allowing me to purchase most of the upgrades. After hitting what would have been a combo single point drop for 926783602778882509546089 points in my first ever run. ( Yes I'm not joking ) I don't quite see the draw to keep playing. There's no more unique things to unlock ( new bumper types, balls, etc ) The only unlocks are marginal at best it seems. Fun game for 3 bucks, Endgame is irrelevant and can be completed in one run.
The longer negative review brings up a lot of valid criticisms; however I think these are all addressable down the line. I don't believe offline progression is needed, as part of the appeal is getting to watch your money go crazy and multiply on it's way down. The prestige mechanic feel barebones at the moment. It doesn't add a true layer, or much additional variety to the game yet. Things like unlockable rebirth bumpers, additional 'screens' with their own cannon and bumpers, and more just basic multipliers and such would go a long way to make rebirth more rewarding. Really enjoying the bones of this game, and I'm hopeful the dev will continue to add more because this has a lot of potential.
