Players are divided on this game, with critics citing frustrating technical issues like poor controls, lack of camera inversion, unskippable cutscenes that reset progress, and severely limited settings options that make it feel unpolished and potentially unplayable for some. Those more forgiving praise the driving mechanics and car customization when the game works, along with the Prohibition-era concept and moonshine-running gameplay, though they acknowledge it desperately needs polish, a free-roam mode, and better game balance to be truly enjoyable.
The game is, quite simply, terrible. There are almost no settings, the music while driving is not at all period correct. The car controls are weird, the police sirens are annoyingly contrived, you can't get out of the car for the first 3-4 missions, you can't walk. This is perhaps a good thing, given that there is no inverse mouse (Y-axis) in the game, without which many people can't play. The graphics are like seeing the first part of Mafia slightly upgraded from 2002, 22 years ago! Unfortunately, there is nothing good to say about this game.7 found this helpful

The main character is in debt and tries to make money by delivering alcohol and escaping from the cops. Developers trying something and kinda success kinda failed Gameplay : https://youtu.be/Fd24TGvI3hk3 found this helpful
With some polish, it could have been ok-ish. Right now it feels, plays and looks like an asset flip. Controls can be better. Graphics are somewhat acceptable. Gameplay is pretty bad right now, and the story sucks even more. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!1 found this helpful
Besides the voice acting everything else about this game is ROUGH! The lack of a manual with a clutch is a big problem for the immersion. Everything else is great. Steep learning curve. It goes from just go the other way to weaving through the trees to kill cops from the first level to the next.1 found this helpful
I recommend the game for some good fun if you like older cars and a small challenge. The games cars are quiet nice and the driving is very fun. It's your typicle racing on thin tires. Has to be said that the game can benefit from 2 things in my opinion. A free drive option would've been fun just freely roaming the small map. Also funnily enough smaller rewards from the racing missions since twice doing the 3 lap race allows you to take nearly any costumization on a car. In general the moonshine runs are fun challenges and the races are fun to do.
