✦ AI summary
BounceShot is a puzzle-platformer where you ricochet your shots off surfaces to hit targets and solve level challenges while racing against the clock. Master stylish bounce mechanics and melee reflections to climb leaderboards and unlock rewards in this high-skill shooter.
Bounce Your Shots
In BounceShot, you must position your body and weapon so that your shot bounces off a surface and into your target.Solve Puzzles
Every level has a switch that must be hit and droids that must be neutralized. This provides plenty of puzzles and levels where you have to really think about how to use the BounceShot to its full potential.Make The Jumps
BounceShot not only tests your ability to shoot and think, but also your ability to move. Each level is timed and you will have to do some impressive platforming to get the best times.Do It With Style
Speed and Style are rewarded. Reflecting your own shots with a melee is one of the many style techniques that will get you bonus points and medals. There is a high skill ceiling that rewards making use of these stylish techniques. What Steam players say

If you enjoy challenging action games and get a thrill from _mastering_ your skills to earn high scores, then I think you’ll enjoy BounceShot. BounceShot feels like a mix between Portal, parkour, and H-O-R-S-E (that game you play with a basketball, where after one player scores, the other players have to reproduce the shot). There’s obvious Portal influences from the aesthetic as well as some of the puzzle elements. However, I’d classify this as an action game - you’re encouraged to move fast and move like an action hero to execute interesting shots to beat the robots/puzzle. When you get it right, it’s extremely satisfying. Additionally, it satisfies that competitive itch with a plethora of achievements, medals, leaderboards, and the game even tracks your stats. However, if you approach this game expecting a pure puzzle game like Portal, I think you’ll find yourself a bit frustrated. The game ushers you to move fast and you have to react without having the time to think. This can be frustrating if you want a slow, cerebral experience. Additionally, I found there were often a multitude of ways to pass any given level, so I think it often comes down more to your skill with the gun…1 found this helpful
its pretty good but the option for music track would be great bcuz this one music track is driving me insane the games concept is pretty good though. The game didn't teach most of what i needed to learn so a tutorial button would be great. Good Luck with mirror throne Zackavelli
A pretty fun indie puzzle game. I kind of wish there was an easy way to track the path your projectile took after you shot it (such as it leaving behind a trail and/or there being a secondary camera attached to the projectile as it travels), to make it easier to correct your aim after each shot.
It's a fun game to try and get better and better times in if you have a speed running type mentality. The levels can become quite difficult when you are focusing on minimizing your time in level, and there are some creative ways you can cut your time down. Its a rather simple game but I think that is part of the fun of it as well. The store page does a good job of giving you the right idea about the game you are purchasing. I will be trying to multiplayer with friends in the future!
This is a simple and fun concept, and the music is incredibly catchy.
Interesting game mechanic - your shots must be bounced off a surface before hitting the target. Unfortunately it might be hard to shoot as I am missing aim cursor. Topic about aim cursor was created in May 2022 https://steamcommunity.com/app/1736980/discussions/0/3282573272824528490/ but to this day there is not reply for my last post about my resolution and on 1024*768 I still cant see cursor options. Sadly, I cant recommend this game.
