Brichi Quest feels like a game you would find at an arcade at 25c per life, or on one of those playstation 1 game bundle disks. Your enemies consist of bugs and plants and your quest is the chore of fetching wood and clearing arenas to gain access to fetch more wood. I'd judge the game to be worth 1-2$ for up to 8 attempts to beat. Overall I feel the developer put genuine effort into a poor concept unless this was the byproduct of learning game development.

I liked the game — it’s simple, interactive, and fast-paced. The enemies aren’t too hard but they’re tricky, so you have to be careful not to drown. It’s somewhat similar to old PS1 games, which is pretty cool. I play a lot of different games, and I want to say this project has soul. It also has quite beautiful visuals and pleasant music — a nice game for a few hours! Just what you need!

A very pleasant and fun retro adventure. The graphics are cute, the gameplay is fast-paced, and exploring islands and clearing dungeons is really engaging. Perfect for relaxing for a few evenings. Highly recommend!
