Brioche Puppet

I truly believe there’s a Great VTuber App Hiding Behind These Menus. The problem is that getting to it currently feels like configuring the backstage machinery instead of using the app. The UI feels less like a finished VTuber tool and more like a collection of internal debug panels with a renderer attached. I eventually got my VRM on screen, but basic setup required bouncing between multiple managers, creating assets and instances separately, dealing with numeric IDs, and figuring out which system was supposed to feed which other system. That is a lot to ask before a user has even tested facial tracking. The advanced manager architecture itself is not necessarily a bad thing. It could be incredibly useful for power users. But I think Brioche badly needs a simple front-end workflow such as: Load Avatar → Choose Camera → Select Tracking → Start Then put all of the existing manager panels behind an Advanced button. I’m leaving this because I’m genuinely intrigued by the project and would like to revisit it. The technology seems promising. The current UX just makes it far harder to reach than it needs to be.
