BtMG is an Action/Strategy/Simulation game with an indie focus on player choice. There is no territory control. Rivalry plays out in the market: NPC buyers and large distributors prefer gangs that offer the best price, product quality, and variety. You can play PvP or PvE/Co-op, on public servers hosted by the developer/publisher or on your own dedicated/LAN server with friends. The game supports both first-person and third-person play. Proximity voice chat is used on public servers and is optional on self-hosted servers.

Market-Driven Rivalry (No Territory Control)

• Buyers are not tied to zones.
• Preferences shift based on price, quality, and assortment.
• Winning the market is about smart trade-offs, not painting a map.

PvP or PvE — You Decide

• PvP: Enable player combat and face rival gangs directly on public servers.
• PvE/Co-op: On private or LAN servers, enable an NPC gang and play together against AI.

Substances at Launch

• Meth, Weed (cannabis), Schrooms (psilocybin), XTC (MDMA), Cocaine.
• More substances are planned.

Servers & Player Limits

• Public servers (developer/publisher-hosted): up to 64 players.
• Dedicated/private servers: up to 32 players.
• LAN play supported.

Voice Chat

• Proximity-only voice on all public servers.
• Server owners can enable/disable voice on self-hosted servers.

Perspectives

• Play in first-person or third-person.

Security & Modding

• Anti-cheat is planned. 
• Mod support is planned for a future update.
