As someone who hasn't really played many visual novel games I was a bit apprehensive at first but was sold on the art style before I bought the game. Now after having spent the last 2 hours getting all the endings I have to say I absolutely loved the game start to finish. The art and music are both amazing and fit the game perfectly and the stories for the most part are great as well despite getting a little repetitive when hunting all the endings down. It's always a pleasant surprise finding a game you vibe with so well and I hope to see more like this from Convict games in the future. one of my favourite games this year

[h1]It's worth it just for the vibe and atmosphere[/h1] The game is short, sweet, and to the point. Each ending goes by quick and while there are some flaws there are also some great parts of the game. Given this you would think it's a mixed bag but I think it's well worth the measly $6 they're charging. They're here to bring you a feeling and they succeed in my opinion. The Good: +The art style is cool. Unfortunately most of the time you're seeing most of the same art repeated over and over but that is to be expected from a game this cheap and plus the art is nice. +The Music! My god is it good! The soundtrack fits the atmosphere the game is trying to envoke and I love each track I heard. I really really wish there was some way to get my hands on it whether that be through YouTube, Steam, or Spotify. It's a shame that I need to boot the game up just to hear it. +The Voice Acting. This one may be a bit iffy to some but I think the voice acting from Susanna Tikkanen is fine. It's not the best I have ever heard but I think it's servicable and at times it's pretty damn good. Perplexing and disjointed, but deliberately so I'm not certain if the the game being primarily comprised of randomized, short routes helps to establish a narrative, but it does provide a sense of coercion and choicelessness, so maybe it works?

You dive into the life of pop star Nina Burn, where your choices can lead to 16 different endings. The story keeps you hooked with a mix of drama and mystery. The art and music are spot on! Each play-through is quick (about 10 - 15 minutes), so it’s easy to replay and see new outcomes. If you love visual novels or just want a cool story, give Burn a try. It’s a fun, memorable experience!

This is a cool little game, really great value for money. The atmosphere and art are really cool, the game loops and moving through acts is really intriguing at first as we uncover more of the story. We get some bits of narrative, like about someone called Leon (but what this is doesn't transpire so it seems weird to bring it up but never resolve, the same with mention of her sister and the family curse, there's some story that's just introduced but never explored or resolved). The music is really awesome, love how it changes as the game progresses. The voice acting is definitely an area for improvement. Overall worth the money and a few hours of your time for sure! :)
