Welp. Runtime error. None of the fixes I found worked. So... If you have Windows 11 this simply might not be a good idea.
Does not work
the game keeps saying i need a c++ library to play
Your effort seems to be..... mediocre. Might need a few more hours with this to make up my mind. If it doesn't run on win just google the issue and its fixable, Old but good. Plenty try and emulate this, but none really capture the spirit, immersion and atmosphere of the Caesar games.
Have been playing since it first came out. A genuine classic.
been playing this game for about 20 yrs now have completed it many times but still enjoy it it is very addictive and very easy to start playing on the early levels but does get quite hard as you progress
