This game is so funny and so cute, the route for reiji-san got me kicking my feet n shi. I REALLY LIKE HIM AND HIS VOICE MAKES ME FEEL THINGSAJDHAWDADJHAWD3 found this helpful
Feel kind of middling about this game, but it's good enough for the price. This isn't a super deep game or anything, but then it's not really pretending to be lol. There are a few mistakes in the English translation (eg occasional typos and the like) but nothing super egregious. Unfortunately, the VA commentary you can unlock after completing the routes isn't subtitled at all, and the button to skip read content doesn't consistently work. It's pretty funny, although not all of the jokes hit. I thought it was interesting (in a good way) how for the main three routes,
you get a bad ending if you don't break up with them
. Reiji is best boy. His route is legitimately the best in the game and is honestly worth buying the game for on its own imo. Unlike what the guide says, you CAN get his ending on your first playthrough, you don't have to play the others beforehand.
Such a cute, short, and funny game overall. If you wanted something quick and lighthearted and you love idols, this one's for you. I do wish the game was a bit longer though. Hopefully Mikimaki can consider adding a DLC that expands the routes in the future. Now to the character thoughts for the route that I wanted to play the most:
I like how accessible Reiji's route is. He's the only guy I truly wanted to date in the game (and the only reason why I downloaded this game to begin with), so knowing that his lore is about him an ex-idol that the MC loves and eventually the both of them falling in love with each other is just so peak. Needed more of those two so much I love Reiji a LOT.
a cute and funny short visual novel i got on sale for pretty cheap haha i love the characters and premise! i wish there was more content
not worth it, the story was pretty bad and characters acted weirdly for no reason
It's a cute little game, as someone who is super into idols generally speaking I would recommend as long as you plan on trying to actually help the group succeed in their live and not just try to date them out the gate (fastest way to failure) even though the game makes it SUPER tempting. Also Ranmaru is best boy.
