It's bad, I am a junior fishermen in real life and in this game you don't really catch but more cook. You don't use bait you just use a hook and in reality fish don't bite just bite hooks. Unrealistic stuff 1. Koi don't live in saltwater 2. The rod is sooo big i cant think any person in human history has used a rod this big 3. The hooking system sucks and in real life you can just use circle hooks which automatically hook the fish for you 4. They should have unlimited recipes when cooking fish because in life you can cook anything with anything 5. Perch don't look like that, and they live in the fresh water This game is really bad 0.5 out of 10 Should be 1 dollar instead of 15 dollars I want a refund Why does it have to be so bad :( The idea was so good but it was done the worst way possible. It could have been the dream fishing game. I should have been more careful. The people on other boats say stuff the game makers think fishermen say, but what really happens is you talk about what you caught and if you caught stuff. The float does not go fully down in the game. I would recommend you play fishing planet or call of the wild the angler instead. I am very angry with how t…

Delightful. Definitely recommend to those who want a low-key exploration experience. This game has such a happy art style and a rewarding variety of collect-a-thon dishes.

Got this game for $5, and right now it's on sale for $4 as of 06-26-2025: The game is very laid back and chill i got 100% completion in just under 12 hours i don't like some aspects of the game like hiding the shop icon on map 3 or the fact if you do restaurant upgrades on map 1 by accident like some people on the reviews/forums have complained about, it both locks your achievements and game progression and could considerably waste an hour or 2+ of your time should you choose to restart and chase the shop boat first, over the restaurant upgrade. the only grindy/farm part of the game is when you consolidate the recipe list either with a guide or legit through guessing each recipe or collecting treasure, i on the other hand found myself choosing a single recipe and spamming it until i completed the entire region, shop boat upgrades first and then restaurant. Now the treasure chests each have timers on them and the big treasure event, whirlpools and all other random spawned events all have timers most of which you cannot see. i found myself alot of the time going after treasure that it would vanish when i was only one or 2 feet away from the treasure chest, i sincerely ask the devel…

Small simple fishing game. Can me repetitive at times, when getting ingredients for dishes. Are a few small bugs on the visuals at times, but nothing game breaking. Decent game, would recommend during a sale.

Not a fan, wouldn't really recommend this game unless you get it on sale, feels closer to a $5 game than the asking price of $10. The colors are painfully bright and saturated with no way to adjust them, it's headache inducing and strains your eyes. It's more focused on cooking than fishing (fish the used as currency for trading for other ingredients), if you're looking for a fishing game I'd recommend something like DREDGE instead.
