About Cell Wars
Cell Wars is a classic arcade shooter where your goal is to consume all enemy cells by shooting and eating them. Inspired by NES graphics, gameplay from arcade 80s cabinets, and early 2000s skill tree systems. Unlock abilities and skills to survive waves of regular, elite and boss cells.
Gameplay
Upgrade your cell by unlocking new skills in the tech tree.
Steal cells and consume your enemies to gain DNA and purchase upgrades.
Battle against sneaky AI systems. You will need to strategize to defeat synergetic enemies and beefy bosses.
Follow the tech tree branch to build unique cell abilities or branch off and create a custom style of play.
Mutations give you and your enemies abilities, so be careful with your choices.
Don't get cocky.

there's a secret boss in the game if you type in the konami code and then beat the game without using any upgrades until round 201 found this helpful
It good!
This game is pretty fun and the developer is cool and you should go buy his other games while you're at it.
Agar.io but as an arcade shooter 👍
I play this on my Steam Deck. After the first game over the game slows down to a crawl and the only way to get it back to normal is to quit and restart. Really breaks the flow of the game and makes it impossible to get lost in multiple runs like it should. Still really fun but please fix.
