Chambered

"Chambered" is a lazy VR tech demo with a bunch of (probably) flipped Unity Asset Store assets, an emphasis on "tacticool guns omg big boy toys" theming, and not all that much to do but shoot a bunch of guys in bland environments. The game is quite short, and can be run through in just 2 hours. The lack of content here makes it hard to suggest it's worth spending the time to add to your library and download. The assets look a little mismatched but they're also much higher quality than the actual game. It's a bit of a red flag for an asset flip, but there's no evidence or smoking gun in this case. While there's no proof, the overall low quality of the actual "game" part (an important part of the whole package that makes up a game) is indistinguishable from an asset flip, and no matter where the assets came from, the quality here is bad .It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. Основная механика, заключающаяся в ловком манипулировании патронами и переключении между режимами стрельбы, интуитивно понятна и быстро осваивается. Удовольствие получаешь от точных выстрелов и быстрого принятия тактических решений, когда необходимо продумать каждый выстрел. Несмотря на визуальную простоту, игра предлагает достаточно испытаний, особенно на более высоких уровнях сложности. Постоянное увеличение скорости и количества врагов действительно заставляет попотеть и мобилизировать все свои рефлексы. Особенно порадовала таблица лидеров, где можно сравнить свои результаты с другими игроками и побороться за первое место. Не хватает разве что разнообразия в типах врагов и более глубокого развития системы улучшений. В целом же, 'Chambered' – это отличный выбор для тех, кто ищет короткий, но насыщенный игровой опыт, способный вызвать зависимость. Идеально подходит для небольших перерывов и возможности потренировать свою реакцию.

It's old, but it's fine. Single player pretending to be multiplayer with mostly deathmatch, playing with and against braindead AI

very good for free shooter. oculus rift s worked great for the game even played with just one motion sensor. definitely would pay for a longer or more in depth version
