✦ AI summary
Players praise this charming platformer for its creative level design, imaginative gameplay segments, and delightful aesthetic that clearly shows developer passion, making it a fun couple-hour experience perfect for a relaxing evening. The main criticism is that while the core mechanic is clever, the game is quite short and could benefit from expanding some of its unique concepts further, though minor collision issues occasionally arise.
Highly Recommended!! having much fun playing this through! this is so inspiring of Yoshi's Island, Dynamite Headdy, and as for the music too! almost sound like SNES Music! so very creative indie games i ever played! :D Love from Canada!1 found this helpful
It does require cutting edge hardware to render realtime 3D graphics and sprite transformations. But the game itself is solid. Three to four hours if you 100% it. You are also a hydra. Worth following given it has a Virtual Boy spinoff in progress.1 found this helpful
Took me around 2.5 hours to play through and I had a blast! While it is a bit on the shorter side, the levels had a tremendously good pacing, as well some really imaginative gameplay segments (especially some boss fights and puzzle segments in the second half) that kept me coming back. There also is a sense of fun and unbridled authenticity that this game is emitting with every design decision. Really made me appreciate the passion that must have went into this project. Looking forward to any new project from this developer (and to collecting all the diamonds I still missed somewhere)!1 found this helpful
Game so good, you'll get not one, not two, but three heads total! Hydra heads, your health meter and means of attacking, of course. Jokes aside, it's a very charming SNES-era styled romp, reminiscent of Yoshi's island, full of very neat SuperFX-like 3D effects. If you need your 16-bit platformer fix, definitely consider giving Chirax's Fortress a go!
A delightful little platformer, utilizing the playable hydra in a variety of creative ways. The concept could definitely be further expanded, but what's there is a short and sweet adventure
Highly enjoyable little platformer with an incredible style to it and some highly enjoyable creative level setpieces! Highly recommend for someone looking for a chill and relaxing time, which will charm you throughout.
