The new leader of the Rats has begun threatening other animals and this is getting serious. But Catlov and his alliances are not going to let this arrogant rat to break the peace and are ready to take necessary steps to withstand this aggression. Play as Commissar Catlov, communicate with your allies and advance through the chapters to withstand this agression, use high variety of guns from pistol to assault rifle and cooperate with your allies to fight the Rat Forces in dark dungeons, which are consisting of various evil creatures. There are more than 7 chapters, 5 different weapons, 4 interactable characters in the game. Some dialogs are made up with sense of humor which will make you smile if not laugh.

Commissar Catlov is a top-down shooter where you play as Catlov, a mediator of sorts in the war against Ratovski. You basically go from chapter to chapter fighting enemies who have teamed up with Ratovski, and that's about it. If I'm being honest, I had more fun with this game than I originally thought I would. The movement and shooting are clunky but not to the point of being abhorrent. The developer even put in sections that didn't entirely involve shooting, such as a part of a chapter where you are simply dodging arrows for 30 seconds. It isn't much, but it's something better than some other games of this caliber. But besides all that, this game is definitely not worth any sort of money. This game is just scuffed all around, and while it may be decent for a middle or high school project, it doesn't make the cut as a game someone would purchase and enjoy on Steam. If you happen to get a copy of the game for free, then feel free to try it out, but just know that I don't really recommend giving this game a try. (P.S. Idk why Steam lists this as my playtime, but I spent around 30 minutes playing the entire game.)3 found this helpful

DONT PLAY
catlov has a huge hitbox the level restarts each time you pause and unpause and the enemies have aimbot
