Conflict 3048

I've seen a lot of games like this, and this one has a lot of things you could hate on, but im gonna keep it short. Theres no tutorial And the font sometimes gets unreadeable. I've been playing strategy games since before monitors had more than one color, I can work with anything, but if you are going to make me read to understand my units and what they do, I at least expect the reading to be comfortable.

"Conflict 3048" is one of those cases where an amateur developer bites off way more than they could chew. This is basically a ripoff of Starcraft, an attempt to make a sci-fi RTS in 2022 that somehow has worse graphics and gameplay than Starcraft. This is, however, worse than Starcraft from Temu. Comically, the developer tried charging money for this, but Blizzard gives away the entire Starcraft game for free, as well as Starcraft II's primary campaign... there's just no reason for this to exist at all. In terms of gameplay this is your usual base building zerg rush (see how Starcraft is so influential that everyone knows what a zerg rush is?) unit management... but there's zero polish, it's a clunky mess. On the topic of visuals, the weak looking 2D retro assets seem like they'd be more at home in a browser game or a mobile app. 3D graphics accelerators hit the mainstream of PC gaming in the mid 1990's with cards like the ATI Rage and Voodoo3D, there's no excuse for such poor 2D graphics in 2026.
