The level editor allows players to take control and put their minds to work! Build and create puzzles! Make videos, take screenshots and create crazy art to share with the community! Anyone can download your creations, play & rate them! Enjoy spectacular visuals, sharp shaders, textures, and backgrounds as the action unfolds!
How do you get the Professor's Wind-Up Mouse to the other side of the room? Open the inventory, choose your parts and put your thinking cap on! With over 60 different Parts in your inventory, each puzzle can be solved in your own unique way. Lasers, Nitros, Dynamite, and Explosives can be used to cause constructive damage. Tie objects with Balloons or Weights for a rise or fall. Activate the Mouse or Truck to push and pull your objects to their destination. The possibilities are endless!
Note: The power cord is part of the item. For electric powered devices, tap on the power cord and then tap on the power outlet to connect the item to a power source.

They completely destroyed the idea of solving a puzzle with the given elements which was prominent in former games. Instead you know just have to cheese a puzzle with as few elements as possible to get points. This is not puzzle solving, but ignoring everything to place some nitro somewhere.2 found this helpful
7/10 The puzzles are pretty good. It's a shame that many parts are useless if your going for 3 stars in a level. Logic components could get more attention. Penalties for using to many cables are discouraging you to use logic circuts. Controls were designed for mobile devices and does not work well on PC.1 found this helpful

If you struggle getting the game to start, lower your system's audio sample rate to 48000Hz or lower. The method to do so varies between Windows versions so search online if needed. (Working on a up-to-date Windows 11 machine) Now, getting the game to start is not the reason for the negative review. I always enjoyed these types of games and I honestly do enjoy this game....but the 3 star rating system in this game is what ruins the point of the whole series. "Crazy Machines" implies that you are supposed to build a complex machine to do a simple task (Rube Goldberg Machines). What this game has you do instead is use as little parts as possible and with variety (not using the same part 3 times, etc.), so you get an incredibly simple, unsatisfying solution most of the time that gets you all three stars, where as the complicated solution you made will get you at most, 1 star. What? However, the rating system is supposed to get you more golden gears to unlock more levels. The more stars, the more gears you get. By default out-of-the-box, you have enough already to unlock all levels and get all hints and solutions so it's technically not that big of a deal, but it's the fact the rati…
