Croissant

I thought Croissant was just another simple game about a pastry that I'd play for a few minutes and forget about. I was wrong. The graphics are simple. The gameplay is simple. And at the center of it all is a croissant. Just a croissant. But somewhere along the way, I stopped asking why. I started caring. There's something strangely satisfying about watching the numbers go up, making progress, unlocking upgrades, and slowly turning one innocent pastry into something far more important than it ever had any right to be. The game doesn't need a massive story. It doesn't need complicated mechanics. It gives you a croissant. You click it. And somehow, that's enough. I've played games with bigger worlds, better graphics, and far more content. I don't remember most of them. I'll remember the croissant. Some games are fun while you're playing them. Croissant makes you realize that apparently, all I ever needed was a French pastry and an unreasonable amount of free time. 100% recommended.

This clicker game is weird, has an ugly art style and barely rewards the player. You occasionally receive something, but it's extremely rare and the rewards are essentially worthless. I can't recommend it.
