In the far-flung future of 2020, the world has been ravaged by an apocalypse. Humans, having been forced onto their last leg, are determined to rebuild. Elsewhere in the universe, alien marauders are alerted to Earth's fragile state. The aliens make their move to seize Earth and harvest its resources. They make first contact and lay down a challenge: whoever wins a single match of Cyber Badminton will decide the fate of Earth. Enter Kai Ashira, former champion of the worldwide cybergames. The future lies in her able hands. Will she be able to thwart the alien menace and save her planet?

A very solid little arcade game of tennis-for-2. The powerups and general aesthetic set it apart froma standard retro-style sports title. Difficult to master, but once you get the hang of timing, going for high scores is something I always find enjoyable. Its a ok game, but there is no story beyond the intro. So only played abt 20mins of it1 found this helpful
This game has a certain Atari-style charm. The graphics are simple, but the gameplay is tight and addictive. It does take a minute to figure out what you're doing, and the aliens hell bent on destroying earth (barring, of course, their defeat in a game of badminton) are merciless, but once you get the hang of the game, you find yourself saying, "Just one more. I can beat him this time." I thoroughly enjoyed this game and at its current price, it's an absolute steal.1 found this helpful
