About Da Capo 3 R
In this romantic, slice-of visual novel, you take the role of a new student admitted to Weather Vane, a secret school for magic hidden beneath the foggy city of London. As you attend the school and grow closer to your classmates, you'll learn more about their individual stories and their personal struggles with magic. Along the way, you'll find friendships, love, and perhaps a bright future for all.Weather Van is magical school built on three floating islands that exist in a pocket dimension beneath 1950s London. Enjoy trips to the city on the surface and wondrous sights only possible through magic.Your choices will lead to many different places including the different stories of the five main heroines, three side routes, one hidden route, and three bonus stories.Every day you'll have several choices on where to go and what to do, allowing you to spend time with the different characters and cultivate your bonds with them. These choices, along with your dialogue choices, will determine how your story progresses.Much like the music term the title is derived from, the story will build and deepen with every playthrough. Each route will reveal new information about the characters and the setting, but there will be subtle differences that grow as well until the tale being woven reaches its true finale.

Translators made a BIG mistake translating Sharuru (or Sharlulu) as "Charles" and deriving Lulu from Charles doesn't work. Now I can't finish reading it. Thank-you for ruining a perfectly good visual novel. Charlene, Sharla; anything but Charles! How can anyone NOT be annoyed by this? I also couldn't get the patch to work.6 found this helpful
Probably the strongest heroine cast out of every moege I've ever read, They also did a good job adding in the fantasy aspects in a way that doesn't interfere with the usual moege experience, which not many companies do well.
A surprisingly decent moege read after the heap of garbage that is the prologue. Color me surprised when I realized I actually enjoy reading this somewhat. The story isn't anything too grandiose or epic (well, it's Da Capo). The game is also quite *long*, like ~1.5x longer than something like Yuzusoft and Sagapla titles. Also, this title is for the most part standalone except for the last side story. I can say this because I've never played D.C. I and D.C. II.
Love Da Capo series. DC3 was my 5th order of read since I read in the order of 5-4-1-2-3 (and their fds)
Overall Dacapo 3 is rather mid story wise, about a 6/10. Some parts of it are pretty boring. I play the uncut version.
An amazing game with good music
