Great 2D precision platformer game. I love the evocative atmosphere in this game. It feels very immersive because of the great soundtrack and the beautiful pixel graphics. It's actually quite suspenseful - especially when the clock is ticking and the it gets dark in the dungeons. The game works perfect without any bugs and the menus and game are quite smooth. Very user-friendly design. I had a difficult time getting to know the controls because there wasn't any tutorial of any kind. After quitting to the main menu I found "controls" so that I learned them easily. I actually played all levels without jump-dashing but then I came to a point were I couldn't continue without this function.

Awesome game, brings so many memories from times when was playing Odd World Exodus Abe or Jazz Jack Rabbit series. Built like platform/adventure game from it's golden era, crazy addictive and interesting at once. Still being developed so we can count on new elements added in future :) Works flawlessly at both PC and Mac. Game is written even for M1 Silicon and works perfectly. so however You want to go for it, there won't be any limitations :)

So after trying this game out for an hour and having a good time for my first few minutes I started to notice really really bad bugs that hindered my gameplay experience... First of all sometimes my inputs weren't properly coming out, like i would jump and it would just not register for some reason. Sometimes the game thought I'd died cause I got close to a hazard, which zooms in the camera like it would for the death animation, completely hindering my vision. I encountered a bug sometimes that made it so when I died in water, when i respawned the game still thinks I'm in water and makes me sink down, but I couldn't go up, completely hindering me from progressing and having to start that level all over again. Which goes right into my first non-bug related complaint. There should be an option to restart from checkpoint and not reset the whole level incase some of these softlocks do happen, saves alot of frustration for this already decently difficult game. And talking about difficulty, along with the inputs sometimes just not registering...this opinion might be subjective but the controls also just feel very awkward like something about the air movement? like you almost turn a …

Neat little precision platformer, haven't finished it yet but I will and I'll update my review then, but so far it's not bad for $1.29. There is no controller support (???) so I made a profile that binds movement to the D-pad, dash to R1, and interact to O for anyone who needs controller support. Stick controls work, jump works, but the rest do not on my DS4.

The setting and ambiance is there especially once the lights are gone. Platforming is OKAY but not the best when using a controller. (Controller inputs feels weird when doing wall jumps) If you're used to using your keyboard for controls, then get the game.
