This game answers the question: What if a puzzle platformer... but everything was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ horny girls? Use a save point? ♥♥♥♥ a horny girl. Heal? ♥♥♥♥ a horny girl. Get a new ability? ♥♥♥♥ a horny girl. Activate a lift? ♥♥♥♥ a horny girl. Complete an objective? ♥♥♥♥ a horny girl. Push a button to open a door? ♥♥♥♥ a horny girl. The only thing that isn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is the actual platforming and combat, and even then, the girls are only knocked unconscious and the way to keep them down longer is to ♥♥♥♥ them senseless. This (ridiculous) formula actually works surprisingly well. At first, the game is fun. But after a few levels you start to realize that the level design is really pretty uninspired, and there are only a few enemy types and abilities available to you, and there's no metroidvania feel where you can acquire more abilities over time and unlock things---you just get one at a time, and you almost always want triple-jump because everything's so damn high and far apart. It's also very buggy; several times I got locked into position or soft-locked for a level because something didn't trigger right. So while I actually do like the concept, I can't really recommend …

Dekamara, developed by PsychoSeel and published by PsychoSeel alongside Shady Corner Games, is a niche indie title that merges traditional 2D platforming with adult-themed mechanics and light environmental puzzles. It positions itself unapologetically within the mature category, but beneath its provocative framing lies a game that clearly aims to stand on its own as a functional and thoughtfully structured platformer rather than a purely novelty-driven experience. The result is a title that can feel surprising in how much effort has been put into its mechanical foundation, even as its themes firmly limit its audience. The game is set in a cursed forest where inhabitants have been twisted by a magical affliction that manifests as uncontrolled lust. Players take on the role of Dekamara, a lone outsider immune to the curse, tasked with navigating this forest and dealing with its corrupted denizens. Rather than presenting a heavily scripted narrative, the game delivers its premise through brief interactions, environmental context, and the recurring objective of “cleansing” each area. Storytelling is minimal and largely functional, existing mainly to justify the mechanics and structure…

Its a hit and miss with me regarding this game. A few times I've gotten stuck either because I had no idea of where to go and others being that I've gotten trapped in rooms with no way out. A gripe with me is getting Helpers, multiple times I've had one replaced because I hit the jump near an enemy I've downed, the same button which also summons them when prompted. One last pet peeve I've had was the pressure plates where you need to lay an enemy down to activate it and progress down an opened path, this ties in with me getting trapped in rooms. In my opinion, the doors those plates activate should stay open once triggered. Other than that, it has some fun value to it, and is a good start for a game - just needs more polish to ensure players do not get frustrated.
