Players find the core gameplay loop of combat, looting, and upgrading satisfying and fun, with some praising the challenging boss fights and cool aesthetic inspired by Kowloon, though others feel the mechanics are too simplistic and the circling-enemies approach to difficulty is uninspired. The main complaints center on the game feeling incomplete and unfinished (it abruptly ends with a message to check back for updates rather than having a proper ending), technical issues like crashes without autosave, bare-bones content variety, and uneven balancing in some areas, with many players noting th
Too simple of a game for me. Also, the author's vision of "challenge" - circling mobs around - is not of my taste. I will not refund it, because for an indie game it's cool. Just didn't like it enought.2 found this helpful
Not fun, tbh. I played near the 2 hour timeframe and wasn't impressed with any of it. It's a basic dungeon crawler with basic crafting and building mechanics. Nothing new or exciting, or even inspired, about it. I'm not trying to be negative AGAINST the game, it's not "bad" per-say... but it's also just not great. I have NO idea why it's got such a positive review score so far, but maybe just cause its cheaper than other alternatives?2 found this helpful
Really fun game finished it in about 6 hours, got to the ending and found there was no ending and currently waiting for the update. idea is ok and game play is fun overall. bosses are challenging and combat is cool. i didn't really use the base building that much as your starting area is wide open and monsters don't spawn. overall just a really fun game, can't wait until next update.2 found this helpful
I'd give this game a 6/10. Better than average niche experience that I think a lot would not enjoy but if you're into the grindy survival craft aspect it's decent fun. One of those games I will come back to later when it gets more updates. Would really like some more variety. The food is lacking (maybe add some slime dishes?) and the items are also sparse. Really liked the hidden item or two you could find but would love a proper expansion of what feels bare bones at the moment.1 found this helpful
The game is fun for a simple dungeon crawler. I like the idea, but the biggest issue is that the does not have a stable save system. I have played for three hours. However during my play time I was nearing the iron armor, when suddenly the game crashed. My last progress that was saved was when I still had the basic tools and armor. As well as most of my building has been undone. So play at your own risk and there does not seem to be another update in sight. Thank you and have a nice day.
No Autosave so if the game decides to crash like it did me, you'll lose all the progress you made from when you loaded your save. Difficulty is basically just circling enemies and that's it. Will say the Crystal zone is actually poorly designed as well.
