Destiny's Divide

Great card game, there are some really interesting mechanics explored. The current daily quest is an amazing source of packs to get a collection going, and the other monthly rewards are also very generous. It's a bit hard to get transcendent cards, so if your free phoenix gets bad modifiers it sucks. I wish they would allow to craft that one (specially considering that one *could* start over for a reroll on the modifiers) All in all, I'm hoping more people joins so queue times are not long.

This is just a copy of Elder Scrolls Legends and other similar titles. Completely unoriginal game. Additionally, it suffers from some GUI issues, the tutorial lacks a possibility to advance by pressing a key and at the end of the tutorial match the game softlocked. That's not all, because the game demands a login or registration, when you start it. Only if you reject it, will you get options to log in via Steam or Google, and this is plain a sad way to fool people into making a proprietary account.

Игра 'Destiny's Divide' захватила меня с первых минут. Мир, созданный разработчиками, невероятно детализирован и полон загадок. Сюжет, повествующий о противостоянии фракций и предсказанном конце света, держит в напряжении до самого финала. Графика на высоте, особенно впечатляют масштабные баталии и проработанные модели персонажей. Боевая система динамичная и требует тактического подхода. Разнообразие классов и умений позволяет создать уникального героя, подходящего под любой стиль игры. Система крафта и улучшений добавляет глубины игровому процессу, побуждая исследовать мир в поисках ресурсов. Однако, стоит отметить, что игра порой грешит однообразием заданий, особенно в побочных квестах. ИИ противников не всегда демонстрирует высокую сообразительность. Тем не менее, плюсы 'Destiny's Divide' с лихвой перекрывают эти недостатки. Рекомендую всем любителям RPG с открытым миром и эпическим сюжетом.

Seems like a passion project by someone who really loves TCGs. I've played several TCGs competitively and I can tell that the developer of this really put a lot of thought into creating core mechanics optimised for balance and strategic depth. With that being said, the game bugged out once near the end of the tutorial and again after I started the next game, both times requiring an Alt+F4 and a reboot. It's also clearly a completely dead game. Unfortunately, I think it's way too late for this one to make a comeback after such a flawed "launch". I'm giving it a "Recommend" only because I think it's cool effort, I respect the dev for their hard work, and might one day convince a friend to hop on and play some games with me, but I want to be clear that the average (non-TCG enthusiast) should probably give this one a pass.
