As the player, you will explore eerie ruins in a first-person psychological horror experience. Devestor is challenge-focused, not story-focused. Your task is to search through dark corridors, collect scattered notes, solve puzzles, and survive terrifying encounters while uncovering the mystery hidden inside these ruins.Devestor features ten handcrafted levels with a mix of atmospheric dread and active monster encounters. Some levels focus on claustrophobic tension and scripted scares, while others unleash roaming creatures that hunt you down, forcing you to carefully plan your movements. The gameplay blends exploration, parkour, and puzzle-solving with sudden moments of pure terror.The full game offers over two hours of gameplay, while the demo version lets you experience the first two levels (around 30 minutes of playtime). What a gem, I had a lot of fun, a little frustration and many scares. Level 2 and 8 were hard as hell and the wardrobe in the last chapter didn't hide me from the monster idk if it was intentional. Great game, big fan of the monster under the cloth he was v scary. Maybe a couple different jumpscare animations to keep you on your toes. I played Devestor over the weekend as I was hunting for something new and interesting to check out. As always, I pushed myself to the limit on time, so my review is a few days behind. You'd think I'd learn, but nope. Devestor is an unexpected gem. You'll be challenged with 10 spooky levels of puzzles while being stalked by the terrifying Devestor, challenging your problem solving skills as much as your nerves. As the first release from DiMon Games it has left me impressed with the quality and excited for what's next.
I play a lot of horror games but this one’s kinda different, got its own vibe. Some really cool and unique level designs, and those wall drawings are awesome. Once you get into it, it’s actually a really cool experience. Not bad game at all, not gonna lie!
Every level felt unique in its own way, and I really loved that variety. The monster design was genuinely creepy, gave me chills every time! Level 6 with the camera was my favorite, such a creative and refreshing mechanic. Great job to the developer for adding so much diversity and creativity into each chapter! I truly enjoyed playing this game!!
