About Don't Click The Flower

Don’t Click the Flower is a narrative-driven personality test disguised as a game, one that reacts, adapts, and quietly judges you.Built around meaningful choices rather than repetitive questions, the game constantly reshapes its narration based on your answers. What you say matters. What you avoid matters. And what you think you understand about yourself may not survive the experience. With over 20 distinct final profiles, each ending reflects the path you took, not through numbers or scores, but through consequences woven directly into the narrative. This is not a quiz you can game or optimize. It is designed to expose contradictions, discomforts, and patterns you may not expect.

What will be your Spirit Animal ?The game is meant to be played in one uninterrupted session, by anyone. No saves. No retries. One run, one outcome. The real ending might not be the one you expected...

About the Developer

Don’t Click the Flower is my first game as a solo, self-taught developer. I started learning Unreal Engine 5 one year ago, with no prior experience. The project began as a technical exercise: learning how to handle complex branching narratives, data tables, and delayed consequences. Over time, it evolved into a focused, experimental experience simple in form, but deliberately uncomfortable in intent.A year later, this small project became something I’m genuinely proud of. I see it as an unusual first step, and I welcome all feedback especially from developers and curious players.
About the Game

The original text is largely inspired by my personal experiences.
The writing (in French), the drawings, the interface (intentionally minimalistic) as well as all assets and ideas in the game are entirely original and hand-made. Processing tools were used to convert the paper version into the in-game version.
Most visuals were first drawn by hand, then scanned and reworked, particularly for color variations (mainly red). If any of you are interested in seeing more content related to the game’s artwork, feel free to reach out.
I may share additional material, such as speed drawings.

About AI-Generated MusicThis game uses AI-generated music.

The experience contains a large number of unique tracks, and as a solo developer, I simply did not have the means to fairly hire musicians for each one.I fully intend to work with real composers in future projects. For this game, the music serves the experience and once you play it, you’ll understand why quantity and adaptability mattered here.

It is strictly forbidden to repost or redistribute the music from this game. The tracks will only be available on the studio’s official YouTube channel. They must not, under any circumstances, be uploaded to music streaming platforms.Their sole purpose is to exist within the game itself.

This game does not collect any data. None of your answers will be stored.

Did one run by myself, found it fun, did a run with a few friends (answers selected by votes), spent 4 hours debating. Highly recommend.
