About Donna: The Canine Quest
Donna, a brave canine warrior with a noble heart, has inherited from her ancestors the mission to protect the defenseless dogs and save Barkhaven from imminent destruction. With her trusty sword in one paw and her magical abilities, she embarks on an epic journey through enchanted forests, devastated lands and even hell itself.
The Villain: Rocco, the Hellbringer. The darkness spread across the world emanates from Rocco, a sinister Bull-Terrier who once lived among the Barkians but was corrupted by a thirst for power. Consumed by his ambition, Rocco sought out forbidden knowledge and, in his arrogance, opened a portal to the underworld.
From this infernal gate, Rocco summoned malevolent creatures, bringing chaos and terror to Barkhaven. His once noble heart now twisted, Rocco commands an army of demonic creatures and dark entities, intent on destroying the city and ruling over the ashes. Now the fate of Barkhaven and the world is in Donna's paws.

Players praise Donna: The Canine Quest for its charming art style, accessible difficulty, clean controls, and relaxing yet engaging gameplay that draws comparisons to classic titles like the original Legend of Zelda and Cat Quest. I saw the game art and thought it's adorable, so I gave the game a go! Donna: The Canine Quest is a fun adventure RPG! It's challenging, but not too tough. The character advancement and items give the game a good sense of progression. The characters are cute dogs and cats! Meow Bark!! I just beat the first dungeon, now I'm heading back for some more action! Good game!4 found this helpful
For all the Hack n' Slash titles I've played, this is a breath of fresh air. Clean controls, relaxing atmosphere even in the middle of combat, spritely yet chill soundtrack; one can feel the love and dedication that went into every aspect. I can say that if I were to ever need a break from the high tension, lore dense, well known developer games, I will be able to return to this for a chance to get some R&R to calm the nerves while also not entirely losing my edge. Looking forward to playing this again. Time to complete: 5 hours Rating: 4.6/52 found this helpful

This was a fun little game, it plays a bit like the original Legend of Zelda with a levelling system, which I always wanted to see. I didn't encounter any bugs and liked the sense of progression.1 found this helpful
I had an issue with not enough keys spawning in the Old Prison 2 level and the developer apparently fixed it. I cannot complain about that. It is a game reminiscent of Cat Quest games, with the emphasis on the sword flailing mechanic. I got this game for free from Alienware Arena's monthly Game Vault giveaway. I ended up paying the full market price because it is not worth a cent in its current form.
