About Double Down
Double Down is a rogue-like FPS for high-octane high rollers. You are The Dealer, one of the card dealers for the Triple 0 Casino. Well… former card dealer. You and your fellow employees have been replaced with an advanced AI called The House. It can supposedly do everything the humans can, but better. No pay required. You only manage to take a few steps out the door before the AI takes over the casino. Now it’s up to you to defeat your enemies, get chips, and tip the odds in your favor as you descend through the Casino to get your job back.
- Spin slots, risk it all on roulette, and go all in on ante to power your way through endless waves of enemies.
- Mix and match dozens of unique upgrades to tear through the robot horde.
- Save up your chips and cash them in to venture deeper into the Triple 0 Casino, and face the AI overlord behind it all.
- You aren’t the only one getting upgrades. Look out for elite robots with big buffs and dangerous special abilities.
- Bet on the roulette to get special challenges, but don’t slow down, or you might lose it all.
- Learn more about The House and the Triple 0 Casino as you make your way through the hand-crafted levels.

✦ AI summary
Players are divided on this free-to-play arena shooter, with some finding it a fun hidden gem worth their time, while others find it repetitive and held back by design inconsistencies like clashing prop aesthetics and poor sound effects. The core card-throwing mechanic and casino-themed setting receive mixed reactions, with some enjoying the absurdity and others finding the gameplay and visuals underwhelming.
This one should be avoided. Arena shooter set in casino. Main weapon is just throwing cards at enemies which honestly suck. Scenery isn't good either, just bunch of slot machines.
8 found this helpful
Best game ever made1 found this helpful
The game is great, but sightly held back with its props design clashing with its artwork as well as the bad sound effects. In dire need of a makeover !1 found this helpful
