A pretty good idea marred by poor implementation, specifically in the puzzle generation. You frequently end up in situations where you have to guess where you can safely move instead of using logic, especially if you want to fully flag and clear a floor. It really soured me on the whole thing, which is a shame because if the puzzle generation were fixed, this could be quite a fun alternative to normal minesweeper.3 found this helpful
I wanted to like this title, it seemed like a perfect game to play before bed. However, I can't find any mid-run save feature. Which ruins my 20min pre-bed play plans.2 found this helpful
As usual, I started the game with the tutorial. Found out quickly enough that you're forced to guess in even the tutorial, so wasn't a fan of that. Reached the shop and decided that I wanted to pick it up later. Paused the game and slowly realized that there's no save functionality nor is there a way to close the game without X'ing out the game. I'll pass. It's unfortunate because I think I would enjoy just about any genre when blended with minesweeper. Edit: Well I'm playing it now that I can't refund it since it's been longer than two weeks since I bought the game. Can confirm the game is not always solvable, but the game does save and you can exit the game, but only after you've completed the tutorial... Pretty ridiculous. This will most likely be a very long 100% for me or I'll just drop it entirely after a bit. Not a fan.1 found this helpful
Very unique game. It does a good job of blending the roguelike and minesweeper genre. Still kind-of bummed that there's no sprint mechanic, causing the game to feel a tad slow sometimes. I still have two achievements left, but they seem to be bugged. I would recommend the achievement hunt under normal circumstances, but right now I'm not entirely sure.1 found this helpful
Solid lil minesweeper rougelike. Only a few hours long + pretty easy, so its worth giving a look if youre interested!
I like the core game. But the fights with the enemies with timing mechanics feels out of place in an otherwise essentially-turn-based methodical game. I kind of wish that part could just be removed.
