Drifting feels very smooth, the roguelike elements are well implemented with meaningful builds, decent enemy variety and challenges. 9/10 for its low low price4 found this helpful
15 cars, each with one of three main skills 3 distinct stages Handling and drifting is perfection (MEWSTURBO also nailed this in the excellent Day of Drift) Weapons and pickups are on timers. Weapons expire, and are more potent when drifting. This - and the fact that you will die more to collisions than projectiles - encourages constant movement and strategic drifting. Strangely, boosting through mobs can be a more-viable strategy than shooting them. Still, an amusing take on the survivors-like genre, that at this price is a no-brainer.3 found this helpful
A little short and way too easy (I only ever died once, on my first run, and had all the achievements within three hours of total playtime). However, for the price, it's an incredibly fun, lean little game that's a blast to play. Choose your car, choose your level, choose your difficulty...then SPIN TO WIN! Drifting is the name of the game here; several power-ups only work while you're drifting, and drifting recharges your Nitro faster. It is INCREDIBLY satisfying to speed through a group of enemies, drift sideways into a missile launcher or a healing pack, and unloading your special attack right into the faces of the enemies that were behind you. The game is short and sweet. Good enough value at full price, but a STEAL on sale. Still, I can't help but wish the game was a bit longer and crunchier.2 found this helpful
Micro Machines meets Vampire Survivors with an epic soundtrack, beautiful aesthetics, & cute anime waifus.1 found this helpful
