Dungeons of the Fallen is a fast-paced, boss fight-oriented hack n’slash inspired by games like: Hammerwatch, Gauntlet and Diablo.
Take the role of a member of Empire Magic Support Squad and use your arcane skills to save the world from the Fallen King. You can dive into the dungeons solo or cooperate with up to four friends to create a well balanced team that can face any obstacle. Kill hordes of enemies together or get smashed during challenging and intense boss battles. Collect or craft epic weaponry and build your character as you want with no class restrictions. Whether you want to be a swift archer using frost spells to slow your foes or a fire mage with full armor blowing himself up in the middle of the enemy swarm, you can do it.
The Fallen and their King has awaken to conquer the realm, but the Emperor will sacrifice everything to stop him. Will you be able to prevent the world destruction when the divine and demonic forces collide?

- 40+ unique spells and abilities - create your skillset from six specialties: Destruction, Blessings, Control, Restoration, Melee Combat and Marksmanship.

- 4-player couch coop - the dungeons are designed to bring most fun when playing together. Crowd control, healing and diversing the damage sources do matter.

"Dungeons of the Fallen" is a broken asset flip slapped together with other people's game assets and the childrens drag and drop video game construction toy, ClickTeam Fusion. This was intended to be a 2D retro pixel top down action/brawler with lightweight RPG elements, but it just doesn't work. The menu locks up for several minutes every click, and eventually becomes unresponsive before the game can launch. Imagine not being able to make a game that works with the ClickTeam Fusion construction kit toy. Despite not being in Steam Early Access (where this arguably belongs), the game is missing features and is apparently incomplete. Due to the lack of meaningful progress from the developer, it's unlikely the game will be completed at all, yet the developers reprehensively have their hand out for money for an incomplete game. This is a good reason for gamers to avoid this. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. I tried to enjoy Dungeons of the Fallen but couldn't because the game crushed several times when I hit the monsters and opened the inventory. I had to wait for the game to exit by itself or forced to stop the game. The game didn't save my game, either, so I was forced to start all over again 2 times. Annoying. Moreover, the control is user-unfriendly.
